What’s it all about.......
This is the fourth season of Chess for Kicks events and the second year of our BG Group Novice Chess Championships. With qualifying heats taking place in Airdrie, Hamilton, Annan, Glasgow, Houston, Kirkhill, Bishopbriggs and Oban.This year’s final will take place at the Bell’s Sports Centre in Perth where we will have a combined final gala day for our Chess for Kicks, BG Group Novice and BG Group Girls Championships.

What’s it all about.......
This is the second year of the Scottish Junior Chess - Age Championships. Held at the Next Generation Club in Glasgow competitors travelled the length and breadth of Scotland to take part.
